3. Q. Why should I come, is it relevant for Indonesia’s organization?

A. Many Indonesian and Asian organizations, both private and public, are going through transformation process in their strategy in order to achieve a sustainable growth. Yet, as stated by Lawrence Bossidy, the former Chairman and CEO of Allied Signal, “AT THE END OF THE DAY, YOU BET ON PEOPLE, NOT ON STRATEGIES. STRATEGIES ARE INTELLECTUALLY SIMPLE, THEIR EXECUTION IS NOT. YOUR STRATEGIES WILL NOT MAKE YOU A BETTER COMPANY.”

In the past couple of decades, Professor Ulrich research and books have inspired thousands of organizations worldwide in transforming how they manage their people. In Indonesia, his HR Champion and HR Scorecard books have become the “must-read” books for executives. Many leading organizations in Indonesia and Asia have re-structured their HR organization in order to comply to Professor Ulrich’s recommendation of Strategic HR Partnership.
